I had encountered a problem with my computer recently. I run with ESET NOD32 Antivirus and it picked up two malicious web files and quarantined them. After that my computer ran slow so I tried a full system scan with eset. When I tried to run Malwarebytes, it didn't popup or load. Then i tried some methods of installing HiJackThis when reviewing others posts. The only problem is that I can't open up the install file once i downloaded it. I Don't experience any redirecting of sites, or any popup's regarding av09 or any of those anti-software, and I can still access all the websites. It only seems as if I can't start up any of the programs that really matter to fix this problem. Please help guide me what to do. If there is any information you need that I can offer please let me know. I don't know if the information I left here would be of any use. Thank You

On an added note, I can't use disk defragmenter as well. When i try to defrag my C: it says, "Disk Defragmenter could not start." Sorry i don't know how to edit posts. Thank you for your time.
