I just ran Anti-Malware and got the following:

Files Infected:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe:exe.exe (Rootkit.ADS) -> No action taken.

But I am a little hesitant to let it correct the problem as svchost.exe is running and is obviously critical to WinXP. Has anyone run this and allowed it to correct it without issue?

Thanks!

Hi,

Don't worry.. mbam won't remove the svchost.exe, it will only remove the Alternate Data Streams attached. :)
