Sorry, I'm not really sure that I understood that.
MBAM is running in paid mode & it constantly running. I have enabled the daily auto updates & also a daily scan. However each time it runs the daily scan it brings up the program UI.

Sure thing, just open Malwarebytes' and click on the Protection tab and select the check box next to Start scheduled tasks minimized 
.
