Can anyone help me please….I have a free version of Malwarebyte’s anti malware; whenever I do a full scan it detects that I have a Trojan Agent and it refers to C:setup.exe. Now, when I remove it using Malwarebyte’s anti malware it tells me that I will be deleted after I reboot the computer. But it doesn’t. I don’t understand, it’s still there everytime I do a scan. What does this mean and how do I remove it?

Then it's ok.
This is just a setup file for your HP applications. These setup files shouldn't be present on your C:\
You can delete that setup.exe file if you want (because I assume you already installed it), or move the setup file to the "My documents" folder or so.
