Well I need your help.
I have loaded malware but it does not run.
Cannot load hijack this because my web browser just redirects.
I can't load it to a USB drive and transfer it either because my computer now says "Too many secrets" and does not recognize the usb flash drive.
If I just can make the program run, I am sure it will clean everything but at this point I am now lost.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Hello and welcome to MalwareBytes forums.
What is the Windows version? What is the main issue here? Details as to what has happened that maybe you suspect some malware?
If you have rogue-malware windows that are cropping up, do this to close the rogue window. Repeat as needed.
Use ALT+F4 keys to close those rogue pop-up windows. Press and hold the ALT key & then press F4 key.
Without getting some reports from your system, we will not get very far.
You may well need to use a different system {make sure it is clean} to do downloads and then burn to CD or DVD, transport to the problem pc, copy the tools to Desktop of problem system, then try to run.
Try not to use thumb-pen-flash drives as those can very well be infected. You might use a known-factory-fresh-unused one IF available.
Sometimes you may need to rename the tools IF it turns out you are blocked from running them.
EXAMPLE: Use My Computer {windows explorer} or if the tools are on the Desktop, do a right click on the program exe and RENAME to a unique filename.
EXAMPLE, hijackthis.exe ---> rename to Alpha.exe
EXAMPLE, MBAM.exe {usually located here -> C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe}
RENAME to Baker.exe
Download OTListIt2 by OldTimer and Save to your desktop: http://oldtimer.geek...m/OTListIt2.exe
If one of your security applications (e.g., third-party firewall) requests permission to allow DIG.EXE access the Internet, allow it to do so.
Reply with copy of MBAM log (if you manage to run it)
HijackThis log (if you manage to run it)

Download OTListIt2 by OldTimer and Save to your desktop: http://oldtimer.geek...m/OTListIt2.exe
- Close all open windows on the Task Bar. Double-click the OTListIt2 icon to start the program.
- In the upper right, at File Scans/ File age, click the drop-down and select 30 days.
- In the lower right corner of the Top Panel, checkmark "LOP Check" and checkmark "Purity Check".
- In the lower left at Extra Registry, checkmark Use Safelist
- Now click Run Scan at Top left and let the program run uninterrupted. It will take about 4 minutes.
- It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up called OTListIt.txt, the other will be saved on your desktop and called Extras.txt.
- Exit Notepad. Remember where you've saved these 2 files as we will need both of them shortly!
- Exit OTListIt2 by clicking the X at top right.
- Run Security Check
- Follow the onscreen instructions inside of the command window.
- A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt; close Notepad. We will need this log, too, so remember where you've saved it!
