• I get random "windows - no disk" exception errors when opening excel docs & @ other random times.
 • Windows services like defrag "can't start"??
 • Windows is generally a lot slower, including taking forever to boot into.

This is the scan report I got after booting up in safe mode.

Download ComboFix from one of the locations below, and save it to your Desktop.
Link 1
Link 2
Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts. Please, never rename Combofix unless instructed.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HijackThis log in your next reply
Note: Do not mouseclick Combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall

Thanks for all the help guys, but I already wiped the HDD & reinstalled windows in about 2 hours. Probably much easier than trying to fix the damage. :P This is definitely my go to software for fixing this stuff, but I felt the infestation caused too much damage & that I needed a fresh reinstall anyways (been about 2 years).

Thanks for letting us know. But posting then wiping is just a waste of our time, please think about that next time.
