Prunnet and various problems

dear team

yesterday I was infectd with something like prunnet.exe.
-several dll errors when windows starts up
-random browing on the internet
-cannot open any web page related to antivirus or similar
-cannot update mcafee
-cannot update malware

could you please help me? i have tried a thousand things
