After installing malwarebytes, my computer became unstable, and many of my application no longer function as they previously did. So, I uninstalled malwarebytes by using its uninstall feature, but the "mbamext.dll" was left on my computer and I cannot delete it. Can someone please give me some insight on how to remove it. Sincerely, MyssLinda09

Please run the following and we'll see what might be hanging it up.
Download DDS and save it to your desktop
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr

Disable any script blocker if your Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware has it.
Once downloaded you can disconnect from the Internet and disable your Ant-Virus temporarily if needed.
Then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
When done, the DDS.txt will open.
Click Yes at the next prompt for Optional Scan.
When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
    • DDS.txt
    • Attach.txt
  • Save both reports to your desktop
  • Please include the following logs in your next reply: DDS.txt and Attach.txt
Maniac, thank you for replying to my post, but I have tried this method repeatedly with no satisfaction. I am therefore forced to use the administrator's suggestions and directions to correct this matter. I truly thank you for attempting to rescue me from this problem. Be blessed and have a wonderful day! MyssLinda09

You right click on the folder and you select unlocker, then you select delete then it does. Also, go delete it from your registry also.
