I was curious about the pro version of Malwarebytes and had a couple questions. Does the Pro version interfere or not get along with any virus scanner, especially AVG (free or Pro)? That is the virus scanner our computer shop loads on all customers computers.
The other question I had was this. I know that Malwarebytes free can remove all the fake virus and spyware scanners that are floating around right now. I was curious if the Pro version with the Real Time Protection can stop that kind of stuff from getting on the computer in the first place. I have cleaned Antivirus 2009 and things like it from at least 100 computers since June of last year, and frankly I'm getting tired of computers coming in with them. I was hoping that it would that way I can tell customers to buy the Pro version and maybe cut down on the number of computers coming in with that kind of thing.

Yes the Registered version should be able to stop currently known versions of it.
The only scanner that I'm aware of there being an issue with is Symantec's newer 360 AV product and a couple of users have complained of ZoneAlarm issues. Though most of these have been corrected with version 1.36 and we have a newer version 1.37 that currently is doing well in beta testing that may hopefully resolve even those very few cases. For the most part most users do not appear to have any conflict including those with Symantec 360 but I did want to be up front that there are some users that have complained of it.
