I have noticed I have not been credited for the last several affiliate sales I made. I contacted Cleverbridge about this twice and they have not replied. Any suggestions short of cancelling my affiliate account?

Where did you contact cleverbridge, i.e. what e-mail address? Also, did you send me an e-mail? Because if you did, I am sure I replied.

Hi Marcyn,
Thanks for your attention. I didn't contact you as I finally did hear from Cleverbridge. They think it might have been a cookie setting issue. I changed my link so it doesn't use a cookie to track the purchase. I just need to get back to them with the date of the last sale. They are going to try to locate it to see if I can get credit.
I hope that I get credit for sales going forward. I guess I'll see.
