Everytime I click update it will download update and keep saying that the database has been updated from 2040 to 2040. I think it had happened before.

I just updated to 2043 without a problem.

If anyone encounters this error again just run this tool: TracePut.exe. It will collect a bit of info about the error and send it to the ones who handle the distribution network used for delivering updates so they can track down the problem and correct it.
