Every time I do a Malwarebytes Scan I get the notice of 2 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\AntiVirusDisableNotify items Found: I delete both items but the next time I do a scan both items reappear. What does this mean? How can I prevent this from happening each time I do a scan? Thank you.

Add these to your ignore list. It's most likely your anti-virus is turning off the Windows Security Center notifications.

I would like to report that Malwarebytes Scan does not report that Security Center has problems on my Vista and XP systems but then I have the firewall on, Automatic updating on, Malware protection provided by avast! on Vista and Virus Protection by Avira AntiVir on XP and Other security setting OK on Vista.

It doesn't report these on Vista at all because the settings are different, as far as in XP, Avast! and Avira leave Security Center's monitoring on (unlike some other AV's and IS suites) so you wouldn't get that detection with either of those. It's usually Norton and McAfee when these detections are found (and the system is not infected).
