Hello :P

When i try accessing the Malwarebytes website from one particualr laptop it keeps coming back with IE cannot display that page, as if I was not on the internet.
The same when im trying to do an update.
What ive done so far:

Manually update Malwarebytes and run a full Scan, found 98 pieces of malware.
Rebooted and ran another full scan, found nothing.
Checked host files, no malwarebyte entries there
Ran CCleaner

Still the same problem.

It may be worth mentioning, but my other anit virus software cannot update either, and I can't ge ton that website either.
All none AV/Malware sites are fine.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Kindest Regards
Andy

Have you tried visiting the Conficker Eye chart?

What are your results when you go to that page? Are you running any firewalls or proxies that may be blocking your internet connection?

Hi,

It wont let me go to that website just the same as other AV websites.
One other thing its doing ive just noticed as well is if I manually type the DNS address into the browser it always goes to google search results page, as if Ive infact tried searching for malwarebytes/Panda etc. However, if I type in the IP address it lets me go to the website no problem....

I flushed the DNS, but still wont let me get to website with DNS address

I would have a read here: I'm infected - What do I do now?

It sounds like you could be infected but I don't want to jump the gun.
