Please help. My computer is very infected. i'm able to install, run, and even scan my computer with Malwarebytes, but as soon as I hit Remove the infected files, the virus shuts down the program during the removal process and asks if I want to send Microsoft the error message.

I can't even install any other anti-virus or anti spyware softwares. My PC freezes during the setup. IE and Firefox keep crashing as well as Outlook. If I go to google, i get redirected to the same website every time. illfindout.com.

Here's my hijack this log:

Here's the Malwarebytes infection log too. I just can't deleted any of the files without the program crashing. any help would be greatly appreciated.
