I have run malwarebytes and found a rootkit.agent file. It is c:\windows\temp\gnijhagv.dat. Malwarebytes won't delete it. It says it will on re-boot but it doesn't. I have done this in regular and in safe mode. I have also run trend micros hijackthis, combofix, ccleaner, symantec, unlocker and a couple of others. Nothing seems to get rid of it. The message is usually access denied. Attached is the malware log. Any help would be appreciated. I am at the end of my rope
