i am worried that i have a virus or a tojan becuase i recently did have a trojan but the last few weeks, my computer says that i am clean. i would like some help on wether this is normal and if this could be a threat.

I don't know if its just me or if its a problem, but sometimes at randowm points when i open Malwarebytes, it says that the database could not be found so i have to download it again.

If something has happened to cause the DB to be corrupt you can get that error message. It could be from an unexpected crash of the system or power loss or forcefully closing MBAM before it completed a task.
It should not happen very often though. You might want to check your disk.
You may have corrupted files on your disk. Please try running the following.
First close ALL Applications as this routine will automatically restart your computer.
Click on START - RUN and copy / paste the following entry into the box and click OK
