Malwarebytes full version freezes on windows bootup

Hi

I have Spyware Doctor (Starter edition), Avira Premium anti Virus, Comodo Firewall, Spybot, Spyware Blaster installed on my computer.
The OS is Windows XP SP3 with 1 GB RAM
When i load the Malwarebytes full version, the windows does not complete booting and freezes.

When i remove the Malwarebytes, it boots normally.

Any suggestions, to overcome this problem ?

I assume you purchased a license, and have the protection module activated?
