MAB will not update

When I click to update malwarebytes it downloads the update and then says it needs to close and install the update but nothing happens. Hijack this log below. I've run AVG and got WIN32/Cryptor Virus but I think it reinstalled itself on reboot. I have disabled System restore. Please help.
