They have posted links to the "tool" in a couple of reviews of MBAM at PCWorld (user reviews tab) and BetaNews complaining of a "...bad experience with the MBAM team."

Here is the "bad experience (at least the portion that didn't occur via PM)" that the developer of that piece of software had.
