I have tried deleting the Yoog html in safe mode. I have edited the Yoog html to try and change it. I have followed steps suggested on the Mozilla support pages, and one of their last suggestions was to ask here. Help!

Hi Stewart! If you are using IE7 please look at this http://www.360n.com/remove_yoog.htm It worked fo a few people in town. regards YB
