Automatic removal and full scan

Is it possible to perform a fullscan and us the automatic removal option. I had both tried the automatic removal option with and with out the full scan option and still only performed a quick scan both times

The command-line option to automatically remove is not currently documented, and I would believe that you have to be a corporate customer to get the information on how to use it.

No, it is not currently supported. Only the Quick Scan is. Perhaps in a future update.
