I had this MBAM installed up to 1.36 on my WHS and it was working great until it updated to 1.37. When turning on the protection module error 2 would first come up then when trying again error 1073 would come up.

I know these products are unofficially supported but I figure I'd inform you of this problem as well as the host of other 1.37 problems in hopes it might be fixed in the next version.

My MBAM is paid for as well. I have Symantec Antivirus. I've already tried the posted methods of uninstalling and reinstalling using mbam-clean.

Just to update this still happens on 1.38.

I don't see how my purchase information is relevent or needed. I use MBAM on my Windows Home Server which is based on W2003 and there is no other computer on my network as I use my server to serve media to my PS3 and XB360.

If there are no plans to bring support back to WHS I just won't have a reason to use MBAM.

It is relevant to confirm that you are a customer so that we can spend the support time trying to help you get it working.

Please ensure that you've done the clean removal process and then add the proper MBAM files to the exclusion list in the Symantec AV program.

Thank you.
