1I am not seeing any hit in system performance. I was just wondering if this would cause any problems. I searched the forums and didn't find much on this topic.

As the thread title says, is this ok? I am currently using Avira Premium and MBAM Real Time scanners.

I would run them 1 at a time, but its ok to use Avira and MBAM. with the real time PM on!

Many users use this configuration and the two programs get along just fine in realtime (and provide excellent protection as well ).

Cool! Thanks a lot! I only ran them at the same time once to test out my new system, lol. Both real time scanners of these two is real protection.
