hi,
we have just subscribed to a 150pc corp malwarebytes license. we seem to be having an issue with all machines having random freezing. If left after approx 10 minutes the PC comes back but we need to find a solution.
The first system error i can see in the event log seems to come from our AV software Sophos.
SAV service threads all busy: on-access driver could not request scan for file "...\Device\HarddiskVolume1\Windows\syswow64\WinInet.dll" (process ALsvc.exe, start check timestamp [ 1c9e2b062b67e34]).
Help!

Can you try adding Malwarebytes files to the Sophos exclude list:
