I can load the software, the software works. However, when I attempt to do an update, the software starts to update, then abruptly stops and advises that it can't make contact with the website and I should make sure I am connected to the internet. Can you advise? I'm always connected to the internet, 24 hours a day.

I too get an error upon updating. It starts updating and then stops a third of the way through. It then tells me Error Code: 732 (0, 0) and to contact support.
This happens on my computer and a coworker's computer. My computer has Windows 2000 SP4 )fully updated) and hers has Windows XP Pro SP3 (fully updated).
I updated to version 1.38 on both machines by downloading through the Malwarebytes website.
If anyone has a fix for this problem I would be extremely grateful. Thank you! Mike

Almost 100% guaranteed that your Anti-Virus or Firewall software is blocking the new MBAM from reaching out.
Please review your Firewall logs and add MBAM.EXE to the approved / trusted applications.
