I have taken on this project from a family member, of removing the viruses from a Dell, model: DCNE, Desktop w/Windows Vista. Had no protection, infected w/Win32 Cryptor Virus. I installed AVG 8.5 Free, Malwarebytes, Adaware Anniver. Ed., Spybot v1.6.2. All installed fine, the only program that will startup is AVG.All the other programs are being blocked. AVG resident shield detects the virus and upon deletion, the virus replicates over and over. There is a lot of important data, hate to wipe it out. Can you help with removal??
