I'm trying to remove Personal Antivirus off of my computer, but when i try to download Hijackthis and try to run malaware byte. HijackThis won't even download and Malawarebytes seems to be stopped by the virus. Please help me, but be aware that those programs don't works. It also says that Malawarebyte's website is dangerous and blocks it, which is why I'm posting this on my laptop. Thanks in advance. Much appreciated. Also, when i try to get to System restore, it's blocked, apparently by something called PC Angel? I'm not fully aware of all the things on the computer, I'm trying to fix it for a friend. Thanks again.

And by the way, I've tried going in safe mode, it still doesn't work.
