I have a Computer infected with System Security which is currrently preventing me from:

Opening Task Manager,
Starting Anti-virus programs,
Accessing the web,
Installing Programs (MBAM) to kill it from CD(even when renamed)
Useing System Restore,
Booting into Safe Mode,

I have been able to start regedit and delete some of the system security keys but that does not seem to have any effect.

Any suggestions?

I figured it out... I was able to follow the steps listed here:

using the Avira AntiVir Rescue System was the key. Thanks for the forums!
