At the end of a scan, when MBam is unable to remove items it finds, the message "Certain items could not be removed. All items that could not be removed have been added to the delete on reboot list". Then it says "Would you like to continue?", and you can answer yes or no. What happens if I say "no"? Are those items still added to the delete on reboot list? If I say "no", is there anything that MBam doesn't do, that it would have done, if I had said "yes"?
Thanks!

Yes they will be added to a list so that if you reboot in a week it will still run, but by that time will probably be useless.
It is there as a courtesy to give you time for a reboot, but you really need to restart SOON so that it can be removed as some Malware will change and grow and add stuff while you're waiting and not rebooting, thus helping to keep yourself infected.
