Virus prevents using or installing Malwarebytes or avira or even going to the website of MBAM or Avira it just closes IE but only when I try to go to a website like malwarebytes or a virus /spyware removal tool website all other websites it lets me navigate just fine and it has no description and no pop-ups. very unusual. can you help?

If you can't even run HijackThis, then just post here: Malware Removal - HijackThis Logs describing your issues and an expert will reply with further instructions.

we got it fixed it allowed us to download Norton 360 and it was called W32.Ackpra.A
