Every time I shut down my computer, a little window pops up with the word " fAIL " on it, typed exactly like that minus the quotation marks. The computer won't shut down until I close the window and then it shuts down. It doesn't seem to be a big problem, but I'm assuming it's not normal. Any ideas as to why this is occurring?

You have Vista, no?
This comes from an incompatibility between Vista and a driver. Research online reveals that it could be a memory card reader (possibly Sunkist Media Card Reader) which is the problem.

Actually I don't have Vista, rather Windows XP. Could be the same thing but I'm going to do a bit more research first before I go try anything...
