I got handed a pc that won't even boot in safe mode. From the descriptions I got of just before it ceased to work it sounds like a hijacker. Can I run Malwarebytes in dos? If so, how please.
Thanks!

No, our software must be run from the infected operating system. It's not even good to run it in Safe Mode.
We have a third-party developer making BartPE support for us so that the registry and such will be loaded like it is running in a live environment, but your best bet for now is to load RunAlyzer on a BartPE disk and do a manual removal.
