Please try not to post a duplicate post http://www.malwareby...showtopic=18968
One of the Administrators has given you the instructions already, They will get you fixed up...
Try the above post, if it does not fix the problem. Then follow the instructions of the Administrator
posted in the other thread which is aslo posted below... Let us know if you can get the downloads from Malwarebytes?

Scan and post logs - read note at bottom in green
If you're having Malware related issues with your computer that you're unable to resolve.
  • Please do not post any logs in the General forum. We do not work on any logs posted in the General forum.
  • Please do not install any software or use any removal/scanning tool except for those you're requested to run by the Helper that will assist you.
  • Using these other tools often makes the cleanup task more difficult and time consuming.
  • If you have already submitted for assistance at one of the other support sites on the Internet then you should not post a new log here, you should stay working with the Helper from that site until the issue is resolved.
  • Do not assume you're clean because you don't see something in the logs. Please wait until the person assisting you provides feedback.
  • There are often many others that require asistance as well, so please be patient. If no one has responded within 48 hours then please go ahead and post a request for review
  • NOTE: If for some reason you're unable to run some or any of the tools in the first link, then skip that step and move on to the next one. If you can't even run HijackThis, then just proceed and post a NEW topic as shown in the second link describing your issues and someone will assist you as soon as they can.

Well there is nothing really covering my problem, I've gome to MBAM forums, and followed their "steps to help my issue" but it isn't working. I am connected to the internet, work offline isnt checked, and I have reinstalled MBAM,on many occasions. It just keeps freezing when i try to update, maybe i have a bug, but I will keep on trying, till I get this issue resolved.

Thank you Yardbird for your patience and helping me in this matter

If you believe its your Firewall or AV program you need Malwarebutes to Accept -- not Block the following files:

C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe
C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam-dor.exe
C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamgui.exe
C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamservice.exe

If you believe you have a bug? like you said in post #6 above [quote]maybe i have a bug{/quote] you can get your pc fixed up if you follow the instructions on Post #5 above (Scan and post logs - read note at bottom in green)
are there any questions? regards...

Hmm, my AV program does not have a firewall so it can't be blocking my connection to MBAM, and my firewall i do use is windows, (and I have already got it on the list of exceptions). In my quote earlier I said it was error code 732 (0, 0), doesn't that have anything to do with it.

Thank you Yardbird

The HiJack Log Forum can also help you with the 732 error! If you think your infected? as you said

Quote

maybe I have a bug
then your in the wrong forum. If you want to address the matter on your own. Go ahead. Were he to help. You should consider going to the HiJack Forum, to fix your error 732 besides the fact you think you may have a bug?
No personal info on your logs goes out for the experts to read. Just your info on programs, connections, software, PC related files. If we can be of any further help please feel free to post back anytime... regards...
