This is a Dell Laptop that has a lot of malware on it. I tried to install mbam on it but I received a error when I tried to install. I did download superantivirus and removed a lot of infected files. After trying to restart the laptop I now can not login. When I try to login in safe mode or normal mode I get loading your settings then it comes back as saving your settings and then I am back at the login screen. I have tried logging in as administrator and a user account. Both accounts do the same thing.
Anyone want to tack this or should I just use the Dell Restore?

Thanks

Hi Jeff,

Sounds like SAS or malware has fudged something big time early in loading chain of events.

Best bet is to take this to the SAS support forums and maybe they have encountered this issue before and know a fix for it already.

Have you tried Safe mode operations to see if they work at all but i suspect that maybe they will be also be borked too :(

Give SAS forums ago and all the best!
