Hi
We are in Perth Western Australia and I recently signed up to become a reseller and was wondering how long does the application normally take to be processed. It has been about 3 days now.
Cheers

Hi and welcome to the forum! The fastest way would be to send off an email to: <corporate@malwarebytes.org.> Let me know if this helps? regards......
EDIT: Sorry if the staff is running a little behind.

Give a try on the Email again, you may want to look for the admin AdvancedSetup and send him a PM... take care...

Greetings
.
I'd recommend sending a PM to AdvancedSetup with your information. I'm also going to make sure your email gets removed from your post so it doesn't get harvested by any spam bots that might be lurking.

I filled out the reseller application on January 30th. Is there an ETA on how long it takes for someone to approve the application? We'd love to start selling your product to our customers and have several waiting.
Thanks

Hello Joyce,
It can take up to a couple of weeks. Please send me a Private Message with your full contact information and I'll send it along to make sure it was not lost in SPAM.
Thank you.
Ron

I am trying to find out what it will take to even apply to be a reseller. I have sent in 2 emails, and filled out the Corporate Licensing contact form twice now in the last week, and haven't heard anything back yet. Can someone at malwarebytes please contact me? Thank you!

did you manage to register as a reseller in the end? I own a laptop repair company and have applied many times and have got nothing back! Not even an acknowledgement so I now resell AVG (they were very good and very keen to get me onboard!). Its a shame because MBAM is pretty good software and I only recommend the free version (so none of us makes any money from MBAM now!).

Thank you for your patience, I will do what I can to have your request prioritized. Our corporate team is in the process of expanding and are working hard to respond to all completed inquiries as quickly as possible.
If you provide me with your complete corporate contact information, I will submit your request to our Escalations team and you will receive a reply within 24 business hours (M-F).
Please be sure to include your full contact information via the forum Private message system, company name, email (corporate email addresses are required for an escalation), telephone number, and other details you deem relevant to our sales team.
NOTE: Incomplete information and non-business email addresses will likely delay a response to your request beyond the 24 hour window.
FYI, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is not an anti virus application, it may not find viruses or worms and does not scan or check incoming or outgoing email nor interact with any email clients or email web services in any way. Our software is designed to be a supplemental protection for your PC to catch the threats that are not detected or removed by the majority of antivirus software. We always recommend that in addition to Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, you also install an active antivirus and keep them both up to date to have a properly secured Windows operating system.
