In TCP View, it shows the following when I update MBAM.
Local Address 127.0.01:1219
Remote Address 127.0.01:10080
I am confused about the remote address. By googling this address, I came up with some references to AVG, which I have, but no definite answer.
Is this how MBAM should work?

I found out what is doing this.
When I disable AVG Linkscanner and Webscanner, the remote address is normal.
I misunderstood how these features worked and did not initially suspect this may be the problem.
