I've got malware called Antivirus System Pro. I've downloaded Malwarebytes, however I'm unable to scan. I get a message stating, "Application cannot be executed. The file mbam.exe is infected. Do you want to activate your antivirus software now?"

I'm at a loss as to what to do next. Please help as soon as anyone can.

Thanks in advance.

I have Windows XP Pro.

Here's a few tutorials you can try, and see if they help:

"AntiVirus360" Rogue Blocking MBAM

"Total Security" Rogue Blocking MBAM

"SystemSecurity" Rogue Blocking MBAM

CLB Driver(TDSS/GAOPDX/Seneka/UAC) Blocking MBAM
