Im getting a runtime error when i install or try to run malwarebytes. what should i do? i have removed malwarebytes completely from my computer. Can someone give me steps to install working version please?

Please try the hotfix that was created to deal with these issues located here. Simply follow Swandog46's instructions in that post to see if it fixes the errors for you.
