I'm typing this from my cellphone. I downloaded malwarebytes but it would not install even though I changed the name. I ran zonealarm extreme and it found three viruses all of them in system\32. Zonealarm says the last virus is ib memory and that it will remove it on restart but it doesn't go away. I downloaded HJT not it will not install.
I attempted to find and disable the hidden driver TSS something but it wasn't there. I tried to run zonealarm in safe mode but it won't start up!
I continually get this error. The instruction at "0x7c8841ee" references memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be written!

Welcome to Malwarebytes' If HJT not it will not install, you need to go to the HJK Forum anyway, state the type of PC, and OS.
