Hello I came here before and got help, hoping you can help me again.I have been doing scans regularly and do not have any problems,however Spysweeper log states that a file path is missing.Hope you can take a look for me.

Doesn't look like its a problem. C:\Recycler is where the recycle bin keeps its files, sometimes they are read access denied. Just empty the recycle bin and it should be fine.
