Does Malwarebytes install driver in silent manner? Kaspersky has this warning when I attempt to install Program.

Yes it does (note KAV aka Kaspersky Anti-Virus in my signature below
). All you need to do is tell Kaspersky it Add to Exclusions when it detects the hidden driver installation . I'm not a developer or part of the Malwarebytes' organization, but as I recall Malwarebytes' installs its driver in this manner to be able to detect threats that might try to hide from it such as rootkits.
