The past few days Malware has been giving me warnings about different IPs that are infected. I run a full scan and the report comes back clean. What are this warning and how can I deal with these threats?

Thank you, any ideas on what I can do to find out what on my computer is trying to connect to these IP's? I am not browsing the web when these IP's are being blocked, so something is on my system causing this.

The best method and easiest, by far, is to check your firewall logs.
