Have the "red x" Pop up...taken over my browser during search...(re-directs my page) also constant pop up telling me I have problems...windows detects spyware infection... I have attempted to use Malwarebyte program however it won't launch. Tried several attempts at re-install following your suggested renaming of the... mbam.exe file. Can't locate the file through the programs. Also tried to use your suggested preocess explorer method however ai can't find the culprit there either. I'm at wits end! Please help if you can...
