Not sure which forum I need to address....Have the red x" Pop up...taken over my browser during search as well as other issues...(re-directs my page) also constant pop up telling me I have problems...windows detects spyware infection... I have attempted to use the Malwarebyte program however it won't launch. Tried several attempts at re-install following your suggested renaming of the mbam.exe file. Can't locate the file through the programs. Also tried to use your suggested process explorer method however i can't find the culprit there either. I'm at wits end! Please help ... Thanks for your help...Blessings, Greg
