Hello everyone-
I seem to have been infected with trojanspm/lx and it is not allowing MBAM to run, nor my AVG. I tried the devmgmt/msc as directed here and I do not have the tdsserv.sys as mentioned.
What I do have is this:
AEGIS Protocol
AFD
AVG AVI Loader Driver
AVG FREE8 Network Redirector
BEEP
dmboot
dmload
Fips
Generic Packet Classifier
HTTP
IntelIde
IP Network Address Translator
IPSEC Driver
kcsecdd
mnmdd
mountmgr
NDIS System Driver
NDIS Usermode I/O Protocol
NDProxy
Netbios over Tcpip
Null
Partizan
PartMgr
ParNvm
RAS Asychronous Media Driver
RDPCDD
Remote Access IP ARP Driver
Remote Access NDIS TAPI Driver
SCDEmu
sptd
TCP/IP Protocol Driver
UnlockerDriver5
VgsSave
VolSnap
Windows Socket 2.0 Non-IFS Service Provider Support Environment
Computer will also not load in safe mode, it hangs on a certain line when it's loading drivers then restarts. Any tips on what I should do next?
Thanks,
Elena

The one I have is putting up screens for "Windows Antivirus Pro", which one would I use for that or does it matter which one?
Start with the first one. It's for the more generic rootkit that you find blocking things more often.
