I've had some bad malware before but this one has me stumped.
I can't boot up in safe mood, I get an error message and the computer restarts. When I do start in normal mode, my desktop has a blue background with a black square telling me spyware detected. I keep getting popups telling me to install a spyware removal tool.
Searching the forum I've already tried some solutions to no avail.
Renaming malbytes is a no go. Even tried naming it winlogon.exe. Same goes for every other tool. I downloaded rootrepeal and I can't even unzip it. Most programs that I try to run it tells me the application is infected.
I can't even run task master(ctrl+alt+del) It tells me I access has been disabled by the administrator.
Regedit pops up for a secon then shuts down and tells me application is infected.
I've got no clue what to do except by a new laptop!
