I have been infected with the above Topic Title Items - "Protection System", "Advanced Virus Remover" and System Security 2009.
They have disabled Task Manager, will not allow MBAM or Teatimer to run, interfere with downloading or instalation of any new anti-virus applications, etc.
They will not allow themselves to be deleted or removed.
I renamed the MBAM application to winlogon exe, and was able to get it started and quick scan begun for about ten seconds before it disapeared, same with Teatimer, began log and then disapeared.
Neither will open or run now. The window states "A device attached to the system is not functioning".
Now What Can I Do?

I meant to say HiJackThis instead of TeaTimer, isn't running so i have no way to get a LOG file.
