Full scan have recently stopped doing a actual full scan and now instead does pretty much the same thing a quick scan would when run. Anyone else had this problem and knows how to solve it?
Here's the log files from both quick and full scan, skipped the part with infections since nothing was detected.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.40
Database version: 2741
Windows 6.0.6001 Service Pack 1

Time elapsed: 35 second(s)

It looks like you may have either an installation issues or possibly your AV interfering with it, or possibly even have an infection on the system interfering with MBAM.

Please try this on the computer that is having an issue.

1. Uninstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware using Add/Remove programs in the control panel.
2. Restart your computer (very important).
3. Download and run this utility. http://www.malwareby.../mbam-clean.exe
4. It will ask to restart your computer (please allow it to).
5. After the computer restarts, install the latest version from here. http://www.malwareby...am-download.php
Note: You will need to reactivate the program using the license you were sent

Let us know if you're having the same issue or not.
