okay so i had thsi virus about a week ago and i thought i could remove it easily with malwarebytes, but everytime i tried to open malwarebytes it would prepare to scan then closes right away, and when i click the file again it says windows cannot acess this file blah blah, this happened to every anti virus out there. Except spyware terminator which worked but the virus kept coming back, the virus also started updating and i started hearing like commercials out of nowhere like those you see on tv then other viruses kept coming and spyware terminator removed them but they still kept coming back, now i have a bigger problem, windows police pro came on today out of nowhere but i removed it and now i can't acess any file on my computer, except firefox idk, and some sites it tells me it's restricted but it's not, i can't open my firewall or add/remove programs because it says it's misses rundll.exe, when i click a file it tells me to choose a program that you want to use with this file, system restore won't work because rundll.exe isnt there, when i dl something i can't extract it because it tells me winrar is gone which it's not. PLS HELP!

dude im sorry to say but that didnt help me at all i need someone to help and tell me whats wrong or whats going on and guide me through thsi nasty virus.

Did you read the rest of my post?? You need follow the instructions and post in the HJT log forum. Malware removal is not worked on in the general forum. Please reread my entire post (especially the portion in green at the bottom). Thanks

If you're infected, you need to follow prairie dog's advice and post yours log (if possible) in the Malware Removal section. An expert is not going to help you remove your computer's infections here.
