We recently purchased a technician's license for MBAM and would like to utilize all of the automatic features it entails. I have unfortunately been unable to get a hold of anyone who can help me. We are looking for the switches that allow for automatic scanning and removal most importantly. I appreciate any help you amy be able to give.
I have tried making a support ticket and emailing corporate@malwarebytes.org but to no avail.

ME TO.... I am wishing to buy corporate licenses but am unable to get a response after my initial quote. You would think they would respond quickly. Don't they want our money?

That's a bit unfair. I don't honestly believe they are ignoring you on purpose and don't want you business. They are most likely extremely busy and may have accidentally overlooked or not gotten to your request yet.
